Executive Chef Asha Gomez cooks the classic foods of her homeland and mother’s kitchen. The menu changes seasonally allowing her to showcase a variety of dishes throughout the year that you would find on her family’s table.

In addition to Gomez’s classic take on chai, Cardamom Hill boasts a carefully-curated wine list along with beer, signature seasonal cocktails like the Kerala cooler, soft drinks, and fruit-forward beverages that pair perfectly with each dish. Guests are also welcome to bring in their own for a $20 corkage fee per bottle.
